As you open this fine journal you turn a page and find words written in an elegant personal manner.  The stories are written in a mixture of common toungue and the Arda an'Aerandiri showing Cetrok's time spent with both land dwellers and his water-breathing kin.  Looking further you can see that each individual entry is titled and separated from the rest.
