This plaque appears to be a list of all who have undergone CoQA's, their Councilor, and the dates of their quest as accurate as both common knowledge and ancient files could provide.  Apparently the Aerandiri take pride in their youth and look upon the Coming of Age as a very sacred and meaningful ritual.
