Faya: Minutes on Informal Meeting April 31

Dear all

The nation had a small informal (OOC) meeting about certain matters
on the evening of April 31. 4 issues covered are in gist below :

1. Applications for council positions
Again, if you believe you have the experience and ability to take
on a council job, mudmail or send a tell to Faya about your request.

2. Mathlann Academy / School for lowbie/newbie sea-elves
Aragron suggested something like a newbie council to be set up. This was
discussed and finally, a decision was made to open up a academy for
lowbie sea-elves to learn about sea-elf culture/customs, roleplay
and game basics. The Academy will be headed by the NL first, 
and a lowlevel sea-elf will work together with the NL to manage this.

3. CRs, Equipment Donations
Information on CRs and Equipment donations was given out. This is
similar to the notes posted on this board.

4. Uplifts
Telp mentioned Cissal is botted for uplifts (when he's online) and
the key phrase is 'uplift please'
